Because extension 1200 - 4999 managed Nortel then call that begins 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 of FreePBX will be redirected to Nortel via trunk VoIPToNortel (via Linksys SPA3102)
For calls to voiprakyat, beginning the 80. Calls to Gizmo5, the leading 81. And for international calls initiated a number 82.
